Trades Generalist

This position performs journey level HVAC and plumbing repairs, upgrades and installation at the regional office, campgrounds and maintenance centers. The position will work with regional and central office engineering/energy staff in scoping, sizing, troubleshooting, maintaining and installation of commercial HVAC and domestic hot water systems, including, but not limited to, boilers, heat pumps, biomass, geothermal, solar and other green infrastructure systems and the associated electrical, pneumatic, thermal and electronic components. Assignments will also require hands on skills and knowledge of carpentry, roofing, masonry and electrical projects.

Salary Range:
From $47530 to $58016 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Four years of full-time experience in a trade under a skilled trades person which would provide training equivalent to that given in a training, apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of experience and training gained by completion of technical courses in skilled trades at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
